This oak and pine box is part of a loom that was used in southeastern Pennsylvania for over two hundred years. The box is nailed to the left side of the loom above the weaver's bench. It is nailed together and divided into two sections with a pine divider. Weavers using this loom kept their tools, like extra quills and knives.
